Gorizia (Italy) – Headed by President Dr. Claudio Cressati, the 2012 Annual Members Meeting will be held on 26 January at 6.00 pm at Accademia Europeista premises.

Torres Novas (Portugal) – Director Pio Baissero, in the behalf of the Accademia Europeista, will partecipate to a study visit organised in the framework of the EU Life Long Learning Programme.
18.04.2012 — Round-table conference with the candidates to mayor of Gorizia addressing the topic “Gorizia, the Friuli Venezia Giulia region and the European Union”
Gorizia (Italy) – Gorizia mayoral candidates will discuss in a conference starting at 6.00 pm the opportunities of growth of the city in both local and European perspectives.
03.05.2012 Conference on “Europe’s future - with Turkey”
Gorizia (Italy) - Turkish researcher Derya Yuksek will examine Europe’s path to the future from the perspective of its relations with Turkey and have insight on the fundamental significance of the accession of Turkey to the EU, analyzing similarities, parallelisms and mutual benefits. The conference will start at 18.00 at the University of Udine headquarters, in Via Santa Chiara 1.
08.05.2012 — “Europe, United in Diversity”: a Set of Conferences
Monfalcone (Italy) – Set of Conferences organised by the International Propeller Club and the Lions Club of Monfalcone. Two conferences will be held: the first, addressing the topic “Opportunities for the youth” will start at 11:30 am at the ISIS Staranzano, a local school; the second one, addressing the topic “Global Challenges”, is scheduled at 7:00 pm, at Europalace Hotel.
09.05.2012 — Europe Day
Gorizia (Italy) – The Accademia Europeista will celebrate Europe Day, which remembers the Schuman Declaration of 1950, with a conference about the Future of the European Integration, with the participation of Pasquale Antonio Baldocci, former Italian Ambassador, President of the Institute of Forecasting Studies and International Research (ISPRI). The conference will start at 10.30, at the Liceo Classico Dante Alighieri, viale XX Settembre 11.
Udine (Italy) - President Dr. Claudio Cressati and Former Ambassador Pasquale Antonio Baldocci will attend a workshop on “Crisi economica: le domande dei giovani, le risposte dell'Europa”, which will be held at the Collegio Uccellis at 15:30.
July 2012 — European Youth Week
Neumarkt (Austria) – International meeting held at the Europahaus Neumarkt, gathering every year many students and young people from all over Europe.
August 2012 — Study visit to Croatia
Pula, Rijeka (Croatia) – Celebrating the upcoming accession of Croatia to the EU, the European Academy will organise a study visit to institutions and historical sites of Croatia.
05-06.10.2012 — Seminar under the theme “Present and Future of the Euroregion”
Gorizia, Monfalcone (Italy) – International seminar addressing present and future challenges of the Euroregion. The seminar will be divided in two sessions: the first one, about political and institutional aspects of the Euroregion in the EU, will be held in Gorizia on 5 October; the second one, about the Adriatic-Ionian Euroregion, will be held in Monfalcone on 6 October.
